Afterschool Activities – more informations
Dear all,
We are excited to share the finalized plan for the Afterschool Activities for this school year!
Most of the courses are year-long, and all the details are provided in the plan.
We would like to extend our thanks to the school team for their prompt collaboration, which allowed us to advertise the plan well in advance.
Additionally, a big thank you to the school and external teachers for allowing us to make this offer and the Momi team for their ongoing support throughout the year.
This year, the Afterschool Activities will begin in the second week of October, as there is a public holiday during the first week (03/10/24).
We have adjusted the booking process this year to avoid potential issues with the system. The booking will take place over three days, starting at 8 pm each day.
The schedule for booking is as follows:
20/09/24: Registration date for the activities on Monday and Tuesday
21/09/24: Registration date for the activities on Wednesday
22/09/24: Registration date for the activities on Thursday and Friday
Remember:
You must be a member of the parents’ association in order for your child/children to take part in any of the Afterschool Activities. You can purchase your membership https://www.esk-eltern.de/en/membership-application/
To book a course, you must use the same language in which you booked the PA fee because the sites are linked
The courses/clubs will only be confirmed if they reach the minimum required number of students
At the end of the booking process, we will gather all the booking lists and inform the participants directly if the course can start, along with all the relevant information and rules.
Please check the website regularly for any changes or updates.
We hope to see the same interest and high demand as in previous years!
If you are interested in the external AAs, please contact the teacher directly.
